Our clients are using a pioneering modern method of construction called Isotex to deliver their two-storey wrap around extension and garage in Oxford.

The system offers a thermally/acousticslly efficient alternative to a traditional masonry build with a ‘Lego-like’ modular construction method which also allows for extremely easy, safe and fast assembly on site. The blocks are made from woodcrete with integrated insulation and form both the structural and thermal envelope in one complete system which simplifies the wall build up and brings a cost efficiency benefit with it. In the past week, the project has flown up from the slab level and is ready for the first floor joists and next level to be installed.
