What do you do at Jessop and Cook Architects? I have worked on a range of projects from primary schools, to social housing and community centres. Mostly, I work up projects from planning to construction getting stuck into the technical drawings, and documentation. I like to be involved every step of the way.
What were you doing before you joined Jessop and Cook Architects? I first came to Jessop and Cook when I was 15 on work experience. I went on to study Architecture at the University of Nottingham where I had the opportunity to go to South Africa to build a school dining hall. I have always enjoyed travelling, having lived and worked in a multidisciplinary practice, in Cornwall and later moving abroad to study in Western Australia for a semester. Recently, I have embarked on my Part 3 training with the support and encouragement of the team.
What else do you do that’s not related to architecture? I love being active, when I’m not walking or cycling you’ll find me dancing in a ballet class or surfing the Cornish coast.
